Brookhaven is one of Atlanta's better neighborhoods to land in. The streets are lined with mature trees, Town Brookhaven just down Dresden Drive, Murphy-Candler Park nearby, and the Brookhaven MARTA station close to home. But when it comes to luxury apartments in Brookhaven, GA, the neighborhood is only half the picture. The other half is what happens when you come back home. At Avanti Brookhaven, the amenity lineup is built to make that part feel complete. From the resort-style pool area to a pet spa that most Brookhaven communities simply don't offer. Here's a full look at what's here.

Outdoor Spaces and Pool Area

Resort-Style Pool with Sun Shelf

The pool at Avanti Brookhaven is way more than an Instagram background. The sun shelf invites you to ease into the water and cool off. The surrounding lounge seating keeps the space relaxed and social. On a warm Atlanta afternoon (and there are plenty of those) it turns the outdoor area into a true retreat rather than a basic check mark on the amenity list.

Outdoor Grilling and Entertainment

Right next to the pool, the grilling and entertainment setup gives the outdoor area a second purpose: room to host friends and hang out with fellow residents. Whether that means continuing an evening after dinner on Dresden Drive or hosting something low-key on a weekend, it makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the community instead of a seasonal add-on.

Community Spaces Inside

Resident Lounge with Fireplace

The resident lounge at Avanti Brookhaven is designed for every kind of evening. Feel like hosting company? Just need a comfortable space that isn't your apartment? Either way, the fireplace, TV, and bar setup give this space more range than a standard clubroom. It's a hangout that earns regular use, and you’ll see why.

Gaming Area with Billiards

A billiards table doesn't appear on every amenity list in Brookhaven. That's part of the reason Avanti's gaming area is worth calling out. This dedicated social space offers something beyond seating and a TV. The longer you live here, the more often it will show up as a part of your routine—whether you’re enjoying some decompression time or looking to get social.

Coworking Space

If you work remotely, the on-site coworking lounge is a practical daily option. It’s a focused alternative to the coffee shops along Dresden Drive, without requiring a separate commute. Having a proper work setup close to home makes a real difference on the days when getting out of the apartment matters but leaving the building doesn't feel like a must.

Fitness and Wellness

Fitness Center

The on-site fitness center handles your day-to-day needs without requiring an off-site gym membership. For residents who prefer outdoor options, Murphy-Candler Park and the broader Brookhaven parks system are close by. This offers a great complement for those who like to mix indoor equipment with fresh air and greenspace.

Pet Amenities

On-Site Pet Spa

The on-site pet spa is one of the amenities that makes Avanti Brookhaven stand out. You'll love having access to a dedicated grooming space on-site. The pet spa removes the scheduling friction of an outside service and keeps the whole experience within the building, creating daily convenience that adds up quickly.

Pet Park — Coming Soon

A pet park is currently in the works at Avanti Brookhaven. For residents with dogs, this spacious area will represent a meaningful addition to our thoughtfully built-out pet offerings among apartment complexes in Brookhaven, GA.
